01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Silvik software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing platform, website, APIs, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
02. Description of Service
Silvik provides a cloud-based and CI/CD-integrated platform for software-in-the-loop testing of embedded firmware. The Service includes hardware emulation environments, fault injection tools, memory analysis, AI inference drift monitoring, and related developer tooling for ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V, ESP32, and Nordic nRF architectures.
03. Account & Access
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
API Keys
API keys and tokens issued to you are confidential. You must not share, publish, or embed them in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys.
Early Access
During the early access period, certain features may be experimental, subject to change, or limited in availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue early access features at any time.
04. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- → Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of export control regulations
- → Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Silvik's emulation engine
- → Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- → Upload firmware or test configurations containing malicious code intended to exploit the emulation environment
- → Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
05. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your firmware binaries, test configurations, and any proprietary code you upload to the platform. Silvik does not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant Silvik a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Silvik name, logo, platform design, emulation engine, and all related intellectual property are owned by Silvik Tech Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
06. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. During the early access period, no formal SLA is provided.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silvik Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
08. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
09. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
